  • Does FlatFinder work outside Montreal?

    Yes, technically Flatfinder works worldwide, but our search is optimized for the province of Quebec and surrounding provinces.

  • How can we be contacted?

    You can contact us in several ways. The method we recommend is via the blue icon at the bottom right of the site "Chat with us". You can also contact us via our contact page or send an email to [email protected].

  • Is renewal automatic?

    No, renewal is not automatic. When you subscribe to an offer, your service will be active for a month, if you wish to continue using our services you will then need to manually renew your search from the panel.

  • Can I change my plan after placing an order?

    Yes, you can change your service at any time, you will only have to pay the difference in price pro-rated for the remaining days.

  • Where are payment details stored?

    We do not store any payment information, moreover, we use recognized providers (Paypal, Stripe) to process transactions.
